Rebecca McMurray is a friendly yet formidable person in business.
She is a specialist sales consultant and she’s got a wealth of experience working for top businesses in the city to back that up. When you meet her the first thing you notice is the strength of passion with which she conveys herself, thereafter the depth of her insight and expertise become abundantly clear.
That’s quite a claim, but it is justified. She’s brought success to many companies in the past, now she’s set up re [mac] Sales and Development to replicate that with local firms. Simply put, she’s found an opportunity and now she’s capitalising on it.That’s the mark of a true entrepreneur, and it’s easier said than done.
“All along the M65 corridor we’ve got vibrant new businesses, restaurants and bars, it’s a place where people want to be. Investment is making the area look nice, fresh; the industrial look is really big, and businessesare looking for that sort of set up.”
The area, she points out, is enjoying something of a positive feedback loop. Investment is giving organisations the confidence to come here, who then in turn also invest in the local area. re [mac] Sales Consultancy is there to facilitate this by helping businesses achieve their sales targets and staff development.
“I saw a real opportunity for helping local businesses and really driving them forward” says Rebecca, “I can help organisations achieve the growth ambitions they want to achieve, so working on prospects that might come into the business, following them through from start to finish, or even finding new leads and generating new business.”
Rebecca has over 12 years’ experience in the sales sector and her power and confidence are obvious from the start “If you need someone that’s got a real ambition to make your business succeed, I can help.
I know how to grow a dormant customer base to profitability, bringing them back into the spending sector. I can come in and help turn live prospects around, follow through to the end, and help existing members of staff do their jobs.”
re [mac]’s service offering is based around going into businesses whether it be one day a week, two days, or even a whole week at a time. “It’s based on a sliding scale” explains Rebecca, “say you’ve got three months to turn a particular product around, I can come in and support you with that. I will do a full assessment and work out whether I think you need one or two days a week so then we work out a how to take you forward to the next stage of growth.”
In starting re [mac] Sales and Development, Rebecca McMurray has spotted an opportunity and capitalised on it. In contracting re [mac]’s services, she’ll do the same for your business.
